The Beaver Colony is the youngest and one of the most exciting sections of the Scout Group, welcoming young people aged 6 to 8 (with flexibility to join from 5¾ and move up to Cubs between 7½ and 8½). Meeting for an hour each week, our Beavers dive into a world of fun, friendship, and adventure—getting their first taste of outdoor activities, trying creative challenges, exploring their local community, and learning new skills along the way. One of the highlights is the chance to take part in a Beaver Scout Sleepover, a brilliant introduction to overnight adventures with their friends. Our Beaver Colony meets every Friday evening from 6:15 PM, ready for a new adventure each week!
